The Ultimate Uttley Raw Food Class

Raw Food Rocks

Of all the amazing food experiences I had enjoyed in my life, absolutely nothing compares to the results that can be achieved with Raw Food. The levels of energy, weight loss, symptom reduction, and simple joy and zest for life is beyond my wildest dreams.


When I get to share this with 40 other enthusiastic raw fooders (or degrees of) we blast through old levels of thinking, reacting, and make positive life changes that are with us for ever.

I have never in all my 55 years had such a simple, cheap, doable, eating program that works. I am never hungry, I eat all and everything I want, when ever I want it. Plus I never have to worry about portions, counting calories (other than making sure I am getting enough), or weighing and measuring meals.

My sole purpose surrounding what I eat is to firstly have fun gathering all the fresh and seasonal fruits and veg, from our local farmers markets, super markets, and fruit shops. Bringing it home to make the most fruitabulous fruity display fills my heart with joy. Have I mentioned grazing on all this lusciousness every day :) all day :)
