On the news last night there was a news item saying we will be experiencing a Diabetes Pandemic !!

Can you believe this nonsense, yes, I have no doubt most of you do !! and that scares the bejezzus out of me.

Why are people not realising that Diabetes, is curable and preventable, simply with diet. Cut out the diabetes causing foods and add some exercise.
