After years of emotional and physical chaos, never feeling good about myself, always thinking of what I could or couldn't eat, spending every waking moment fluctuating from deciding how to accept myself, depending totally on what the scales showed me that morning & comparing my self constantly with other women. Dieting and Disease
Firstly, let me give you some background, starting the typical dieting lifestyle @ 15 when I entered a doctors office to ask for diet pills [which he gave me !!] the other advise he shared was, that if I kept my calorie intake to 1000 calories per day, and he didn't care if it was a 1000 calories of marshmallows [crazy! the things that stay in your head] please let me add I was not overweight, tipping the scales @ around 7stone or 98 pounds or 44.5 kilo's.
